SWIMMING POOL REPAIR:
CONDUCTED FOR THE BOROUGH OF SHILLINGTON

| Project Description: | Repair and Painting of the Borough's Swimming Pool. The Pool project included the following work: Removal of the existing screens from the gutters and protection of the non-removable items prior to sandblasting. Removal of the existing paint from the surface of the three existing concrete pools through a sandblasting process. Removal of loose or deteriorated areas of the gutters or pool surfaces. Patching of the pool walls, floors and gutters. Installation of the leveling coat over the areas designated by the Owner and Engineer. Installation of the new epoxy paint system on the floors, walls and gutters of the three pools. Installation of the racing lines and depth markings to match the existing configurations.

GARAGE ADDITION TO SALT BUILDING:
CONDUCTED FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF EXETER

| Project Description: | Construction of a metal framed building structure, approximately 2,700 square feet, to be attached to the Township's existing Salt Building and garage. Construction included excavation, installation of footings, paving, plumbing, heating and electric. |

ROOF REPLACEMENT:
CONDUCTED FOR THE WESTERN BERKS WATER AUTHORITY

| Project Description: | Replacement of the existing roof, measuring approximately 24,000 square feet, on the Water Treatment Facility. Project included the demolition and removal of the existing roof and installation of a new TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane, a synthetic material, with insulation. The project also included edge flashing and vapor retarder. |
