| Project Description: | GVC replaced the existing light fixtures with pedestrian friendly street lights and poles to improve the downtown main street. GVC was responsible for the preparation of plans and specifications, GVC conducted the bidding administration, construction phase engineering and the observation of the construction. |

BECKTREE ROAD BOX CULVERT INSTALLATION:
CONDUCTED FOR RICHMOND TOWNSHIP

| Project Description: | GVC prepared the plans and specifications for a new box culvert for Becktree Road in Richmond Township. GVC assisted in the bidding for the project, received the necessary approvals from agencies for permits and performed the construction phase engineering and construction observation of the project. In addition, GVC was responsible for the Environmental Assessment of the stream and surrounding area and also the Erosion and Sediment Control plans for the stream. |

WEST WYOMISSING BLVD RELOCATION AT S.R. 724 INTERSECTION: CONDUCTED FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF SPRING

| Project Description: | GVC was responsible for the design and plans for the relocation of West Wyomissing Boulevard at the intersection of Route 724. GVC produced the design and specifications for the new traffic signal, oversaw the construction observation and construction administration. |
